The Dark Clouds Charity Card Club (DCCCC) seeks to make good results out of poor behavior. It’s a simple concept, really, as people sign up to pledge a specific dollar amount per Yellow Card and per Red Card earned by a Minnesota United player in any Loons Match (MLS, Open Cup, Friendlies, etc.).
When the Loons earn cards, donations to a local charity grow!
In 2018, the DCCCC raised a record $6,520.10 for two local charities: International Institute of MN — $1386.50 in total donations and the Somali-American Youth Enrichment Club — $4900.00 in total donations, which include; $2275 for U12 Soccer Goals, a $1500 cash donation and $1125 for field paint, porta potties and etc.
