Wonderwall strictly prohibits all harassment. Please report incidents of harassment to any affiliated supporters group or any member of the Wonderwall Board.
Harassment takes many forms, and can be (but is not limited to):
Wonderwall will promptly review and investigate all reports of harassment. Investigations will be handled impartially and as privately as possible, though there is no guarantee or legal right of complete confidentiality.
An investigation that concludes harassment occurred will lead to appropriate discipline. Conclusions and any disciplinary actions will be shared with the involved parties and their supporter group leadership. Disciplinary actions can include temporary or permanent removal of the harasser from their supporter group, or even banning from Allianz Field and all Minnesota United or Major League Soccer games. When appropriate, and only if the parties agree, Wonderwall can help with conflict resolution and reconciliation.
Any retaliation against someone who reports harassment, participates in an investigation, or opposes an incident of harassment is strictly prohibited, and will lead to its own appropriate discipline by Wonderwall.
